Jamb Reschedules Examination for 62,140 Candidates on 1st July 2017 – www.jamb.org.ng
Jamb Examination has been rescheduled for those who had issues during the 2017 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board Examination.
It was gathered that many had technical issues, network issues and many others. This made them not to complete in the examination. Jamb boss Prof. Is-haq Oloyede said there is hope for them as they are going to re-write the examination come July 2017.
The makeup examination will be conducted on all the jamb examination centers nationwide. A total number of 62,140 candidates will be sitting for the examination.
Jamb Boss said the problem is not from jamb but blamed it on the part of centers, he said that the issues experienced in some centres were based on faulty cables.
Candidates to Sit for the Rescheduled Jamb Examination
Candidates who had issues with late registration
Candidates who Issues of Result Cancellation
Candidates with the issue of Biometric Verification
Candidates who were logged out by the systems and could not answer the questions.
He also added that the board has approved the cancellation on 1386 candidates result for examination malpractice.
